MYAM - (Mayfair Young Adult Ministry)
The MYAM Class is the newest member of the Adult Education Program. It has steadily grown into a strong care group of young people who are in the early stages of getting started in the working world or working their way through college. The objective behind the class is to provide an age appropriate class for those who have finished high school and are in the beginning stages of establishing roots.
SALT (Single Adults Learning Together) Singles Calendar
The SALT Class provides single adults, beginning with the post-college years, numerous opportunities for fellowship and Christian service with other singles, and challenges the members toward personal spiritual growth through the study of God’s word. The members of this class meet every Sunday for Bible class at 10:30 a.m. and at various times during the week to share a meal and fellowship together, or to participate in special outings.
The Divorce Recovery Class is based on the book, The Fresh Start Divorce Recovery Book, and serves as a weekly support group designed to minister to and encourage those touched by divorce. The Divorce Recovery class is open to adults of all ages and meets every Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m.
Moms and Dads, your words, your actions and your committments form your children’s first picture of God. When your children see you, what do they understand about God? The ONLY thing that you can offer your child that is eternal is faith in God who gives eternal life. The Single Parents Class meets on Sunday morning at 10:30 a.m.
Builders - Mature Singles
The generation which preceeded the Baby Boomers is the same generation which built up this great country of ours. That generation is represented by our mature singles, who have identified themselves with the name “Builders.” The members of this class strive to set examples for younger singles in attitude, in spirit, and in how they live. The Builders Class meets every Sunday for Bible class at 10:30 a.m., and also monthly to celebrate the birthdays of class members.
