Why We Worship

Our God created us to be people of worship. He longs for us to worship Him every Sunday when we come together, when worship becomes a “family afffair”. But at Mayfair, we believe worship to be a literal lifestyle - one that encompasses much more than Sunday singing and praying.
Scripture tells us that when we offer our lives to God for His purpose, we are actually participating in a special, spiritual act of worship. And when, as a church community, we begin to connect to God in a way that goes beyond the motions, we start to see worship in a whole new dimension - one that is an integral part of the way we live our lives and relate to those around us. So as christians,our daily lives become a “living sacrifice"of worship… but there’s nothing more important to the Father than the special times we come together to worship as a family…
Sundays are special at Mayfair… we sing, pray, commune, and study together, and all ages worship the Father with praises that honor Him. For the family of God, there’s nothing we look forward to more than our worship times each Sunday. We invite you to join us !
