Mission: The major goal of the retreat is to build new relationships among Mayfair women of all ages. Lively activities involving table hostesses, table team competitions, program participation and fellowship excursions will be incorporated to achieve this goal.
Another important objective is to develop an understanding and appreciation for various Mayfair ministries - the Biblical basis for the work, the heritage of the ministry and the opportunities provided by the ministry.
Optional opportunities for limited one afternoon involvement in various locally based ministries as well as opportunities for fun and frolic with sisters in Christ will close out this special weekend. Be sure to sign up for your choice of these additional small group fellowship activities on Saturday afternoon where, as the old song says, you may “make new friends and keep the old!”

Deadline: January 26, 2012, however, our room block may be depleted long before then so book early for the discounted rate and assurance of a room. You may cancel 24 hours prior with no cost. Gather up some roommates and your credit card and book now if you want to retreat to a hotel!
Cost: Our deeply discounted rate is possible because we will not be using the hotel conference rooms. The room rate is $134.60 (including tax) per suite for up to 4 ladies. Parking is $5.60 per car for the 24 hour period. Reserve their shuttle to take you to the Round House and back if you wish.
